We understand the importance of getting your trip right so this is a quick check list to ensure we have covered all the important information relevant to your booking. National Travel is committed to taking great care of our customers. It is really important that you take the time to read and acknowledge the following items have been verified and provided to you at the time of your booking. To complete the form, please do so here.
Before Departure IMPORTANT
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
Please allow three hours to check-in due to unforeseen delays. Do not forget to check all necessary paper work is completed such as international vaccination certificates, and any in country online health forms. Please refer to our safety hub to check all necessary requirements.
DOMESTIC TRAVEL
Please allow two hours to check-in due to unforeseen delays being experienced at the airports currently.

Passports
Passports are the responsibility of the individual concerned. However, we can offer assistance, if required. Make sure your passport has at least six months validity from the date of your return. Airline tickets must be issued in the exact passport names. Incorrect spelling may result in reissue of tickets at passengers own expense.
Visa
Visas are the responsibility of the individual concerned. However, we can offer assistance, if required. You should ensure that you have full knowledge of the visa requirements of all countries you wish to visit and are transiting. To check for up-to-date visa information, please check here
Smart Traveller

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all passengers insure themselves against loss of travel and accommodation expenses that may be incurred due to involuntary cancellation and also against injury, medical and hospital expenses. Inoculations, Health and Travel Warnings

Foreign Currency

Cancellation & Amendment Fees
Cancellation and amendment fees do apply. Costs can vary depending on how far in advance cancellation occurs. Please read the back of your holiday brochure for further details on your specific operators conditions. Airlines and ground operators may all charge cancellation penalties. This is why insurance is strongly recommended.
Conditions
All arrangements are subject to the supplier's (transport/accommodation/tour provider) regulations and conditions detailed on tickets, vouchers, travel brochures, at accommodation premises, on transport vehicles, or as advised at the time of booking.
Handy Hint
Make copies of your passport details, insurance policy, traveller’s cheques, visas and credit card numbers. Keep a copy in a separate place to the originals and leave one with someone at home.

If you experience an emergency while you are travelling and you are unable to seek assistance from your travel insurance company, airline, travel supplier or the Australian Consulate, National Travel does have a 24 hour emergency assistance number.
